With Love. From an Invader., the first audio-visual work by Yan Wang Preston in collaboration with Monty Adkins, will be exhibited for the first time in the exhibition called 'The Time is Right' in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first international photography festival in Jeddah, presented by the Saudi Art Council, The Time is Right features an all-star list of photographic artists including Edward Burtynsky, Andy Goldsworthy, Susan Derges and Awoiska van der Molen. With Love. From an Invader. will be presented in its full form, as a four-screen audio-visual installation at 38 minutes and 13 seconds. Another piece of Yan's new work, Autumn, will also be shown for the first time as a photographic scroll measured at 600cm long and 30cm wide. The exhibition is curated by the renowned British curator Zelda Cheatle and designed by the French designer Samuel Costa. The Time is Right opens on the 16th Feburary 2022 and will run to 16th April 2022.
